Poetry: Special Days
The Angels They Dance In My Garden
by Fred O Anderson III

The Angels they dance in my garden
They frolic about to the tune of butterfly wings flapping to and fro in a whisper as the melody of dew drops add a rhythm so smooth only Angel feet can follow

The Angels they smile in my garden
Their giggles and laughter tickles the soil so that they burst at the seams and the fruits of our labor breath their first breath of sunlight

The Angels they sing in my garden
Their song's the sound of blossoms and that kissing thing the wind does to the delightful applause of raindrops touched by the earths' warm embrace

The Angels they dance in my garden
God said it was all right
