Seem dull and grey
As if i drift further
And further away

Im really here
By your side
No matter how much
I try to hide

I know you love me
I know you care

Thats why I do no dare
Dare to share
How I feel inside

For fear that
You wont be there
Near when I'm left to cry

Lying alone in the dark
Praying we will never part
For fear of a broken heart

As i hit my kneew and pray
Hoping for another day
That I can wake up
to your smiling face
