To not be with you

To not see your face,
Or feel your warm embrace,

To miss your kiss,
Makes me feel like this,

I know how much you care,
Even when I'm not physically there,

But to not be with you,
Makes my heart feel blue.

I miss your smile,
For I have not seen it in a while,

And to think of your touch,
Oh I miss that so much,

I still know you truly care,
Even though I can't physically be there,

And by now you know that this is true,
To not be with you,
Makes my heart feel blue.
