Just a Kiss
by Rick Morgan
Blue Cheese burgers, Cajun fries,
autums hair, hangin around your eyes.
Your laugh makes me smile, and it always will.
A thousand places I've seen your face,
and a million heartbeats ours to retrace.
Any time I'm with you is such a thrill.
A photo here,a train ride there,
bouquets of flowers blooming everywhere.
Trying to learn the grapevine, with two left feet.
A gala affair in a black sleeveless dress,
those soft shoulders nuzzle to my caress.
To kiss those lips my world would be so sweet.
