Poetry: Kisses
Longing for your kiss
by jon

I long for your kiss
For it is such bliss.
A kiss from me to you
Is like a dove's soft coo.
When I look at your face
My heart beats a fast pace.
To you I always want to be closer
Sometimes I get as red as a toaster.
I long for our lips to touch
But I don't get to see you much.
My mind is filled with thoughts of you
I hope you feel the same too.
I'd try to put my feelings in a blueberry pie
But I can't bake so I'll just have to sigh.
I long to see you soon
You light up the night like the moon.
I kissed you in a dream
Oddly you tasted like peaches and creme.
Maybe you'll taste like chocolate swiss miss
When we take our first kiss.
