You're a person who is special, loving, and kind,
Someone who listens with his heart and not his mind
I love to feel the touch of your hand in mine,
and when we are alone it'd never enough time
When we're together time seems to pass by,
Like the seasons, weather and sky
Very few words can express how I feel,
But the few are both meaningful and real
Nowhere is there someone else like you,
Thank you for for being honest and true
You hold a special place in my heart,
And if you didn't know you had it from the start
Even though some are against us,
Our love and compassion are just enough
Trying hard not to fall so fast,
But I've come to realize...this is the relationship that is going to last
