What I Want for Christmas
by Jewel
There’s something I want for Christmas
But it’s not in a store
I can’t get it with money
It costs so much more
It’s something more precious
Than diamonds or jewels
But sometimes it’s wasted
On ignorant fools
It’s so real and pure
Like fresh country air
I never can see it
But I know it’s there
I can’t ask Santa for this gift
Cuz he can’t read your heart
So I have to ask you
But where do I start?
I know we’ve been talking
To each other for a while
I love your personality
And how you make me smile
I feel like I can be with you
For a long time
So what I want for Christmas
Is for you to love me and be mine
