Poetry: New Love
i Hate you
by Heather Jarvis

I hate the way you laugh at me
I hate it when you yell
I hate the way your eyebrows scrunch
Even worse when you look like hell
I hate your big bad macho act
And the way you can't say please
I hate the way you always drink
I wish you had hair on your knees
I hate it when I get ignored
And fact that u can't smile
I hate it when your not around
And then I won't see you for a while
I hate the way you talk to me
And the way you cut your hair
I hate the way your always right
I hate it when you stare
I hate the way you talk about work
And the fact that your a little shy
I hate the way you squint your eyes
I hate it when u lie
I hate it when you make me laugh
And the way you read my mind
I hate that big white ugly van
And the way your always kind
I hate the way I have to hide
And the fact that you'll never know
I hate the way I know the answer
And the reason I can't let go
But I hate a lot of things about you
Even though I love to be around you
