and my emotions, are in the hands of someone else,
someone i now care so much for, but at first,
never would have imagined, would leave me feeling like this...

I think i found love, for the first time,
because i've never felt like this before,
and it has only been this way,
since we met and you helped me change my life,
and since walked me home and gave me a kiss good-night...

But we were just friends,
nothing really special,
but the more time i spent with you,
was the more free time i wanted in my day,
so i could wait and I could find you again...

And although at first i could not see it,
people knew and they asked if i was high,
but little did they know i was high on love,
some looked in my eyes and asked,
who the lucky person was, while others,
stopped and wondered, if it was tears of joy i cried,
