Enough of a Good Thing

If you want to get a good night's sleep, here's a suggestion. My doctor told me to try this and she was right on with that awesome advice. She said that just before bedtime, I should pleasure myself twice. She told me that this would relieve tension and anxiety and should give me better sleep. How right she was. I do it every night and I sleep like a baby. I thanked her and said her suggestion was spot on. I also do it during the day. You really can't get enough of a good thing.
