My friend Manny wanted me to go on a date with his sister Rosa. He said she was shy and didn't meet many men who wanted to date her. I agreed and told her over the phone I would take her out to eat that night. What I didn't know was that Manny, three of his uncles, and their father all showed up with her to make sure I didn't do anything improper. I suddenly realized why she couldn't find many people willing to date her! We got through the date and she hardly said a word. I later told Manny I didn't want to date her again.
