There was this girl I knew in high school, but we never really got together then. About a year ago, I was visiting back in my old hometown and happened to run into her. We had fun talking and catching up on old times and hit it off. So, we began dating. We had been going out for about six months and were starting to get pretty serious. I was kind of curious though because she never wanted me to go to her house; we always went to mine or a hotel. Finally, I showed up on her doorstep unannounced one day and found out the reason – she had seven kids! Seven!! Well, we slowed down, but still liked each other, so I started to get used to the idea of the kids. I just proposed to her last night. Happy endings do happen! -- Mac, 42
