I dated this girl once who would be fine on our dates, but as soon as we were apart, she would email me saying she knew I was going to leave her. I would tell her that was wrong, I liked her and wanted to continue dating. As time went on, she began sending longer and longer emails detailing how much she “knew” I hated her and wanted to hurt her. I kept trying to smooth it over, but after a while, it was just too much.
