Well, there is this guy at my school that I have liked for a long time. The first time I told him, he said he still had feelings for my best friend, or his ex-girlfriend of nine times. So, he asked her out. They broke up, I still liked him, but I didn't tell him for six months. Then, when I told him again, everyone told me that he liked me and that he was going to ask me out. But, he said that he didn't like me like that right now. When my friend and his ex-girlfriend asked him why, he said that it was because I was one of his really close friends and he didn't want to because he thought that my best friend would try and pressuring me into breaking up with him or something stupid. But all of a sudden, three weeks later, he is saying “I love you” and blowing me kisses. But I can't tell if he is serious or just kidding and leading me on. And I think he still might like my best friend. I don't want to get hurt again. -- Jessica, 19
