I used to date a guy that I met working in a strip club. On one occasion, he took me to Paris, which was great. But, when we got there (by taking the train from London), he had no hotel booked for us. We walked the back alleys of Paris until all hours of the night, looking for a vacancy because he was too cheap for a cab. Needless to say, when we got back to London, I booked the next flight back to America ... without him.
