My first date with a gorgeous guy was a day trip to Vail. We had a great time. At lunch, I had one glass of wine. On the way home, he asked if I had ever been to the little bear restaurant/bar, because on Sunday they had great music. While sitting and enjoying the music, I had a nice glass or chardonnay … as the night wore on and it got cooler outside, we switched to hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps. The road back to his house is through the foothills, nice curvy roads; great on the stomach after a few drinks. By the time we got to his place, I wasn't feeling all that great. I excused myself to the powder room as I knew I was going to get sick. Next thing I knew, I was coming to on the floor and convulsing. Just as he walks in to find out if I was ok. How embarrassing! I spent the rest of the night apologizing about getting sick, while he was worried about if I was all right. Although it was not my most impressive first date, we did see lots more of each other. -- Debbie, 25
