Last year, I went on a date with an old friend named Max. When we got to the restaurant, he asked me to marry him. Just at that moment, I had a terrible stomach ache and ran to the bathroom. I stayed in there for the time required of relieving myself, but was so embarrassed to come back out I stayed for an extra hour. When I came back out, he was talking to my best friend Alan and just going over how he didn't want to marry me anymore because I had been in the bathroom for over an hour.
