I went on a date once with a man named Todd. He took me to dinner in a pretty nice place. In the middle of the dinner, he got a call from his ex-wife, hung up, stood up, and just left. I ended up paying for everything and needing to get a taxi to take me home. I thought maybe something had happened to his son, but I found out two days later she told him she wanted to try to work things out, so he just jumped at the chance.
