I got talked into a date with a coworker. He insisted on going out on a Saturday afternoon, but didn’t tell me to dress up or anything. I had on casual clothes when he picked me up, and I immediately noticed he had a suit and tie on. He told me we didn’t have time to change, we were already late. I asked him late to what, but he wouldn’t tell me. We soon arrived at his older brother’s wedding! I felt so out of place and underdressed. It was horrible. I can’t imagine why he didn’t tell me ahead of time. -- Jolene, 28
