I picked up my date, intending to take her to dinner and a movie. On the way to dinner, I got a flat tire. While changing it, it started to rain. Then, a car went by and splashed mud all over me. I was a mess! But, instead of being upset, she just laughed and told me it was okay to skip everything and go get cleaned up. I married that dating disaster two years later.
