I went out with this guy for a few dates and he seemed nice enough. He was very interested in me and asked if he could call me during the day to “just chat.” I said yes and he began calling. At first, it was just once or twice a day; but then, it got to be fifteen or even twenty times a day. He wanted to know what I was doing, who I was with, etc. To be honest, it was starting to annoy me. Then, I came home one day to him frantically talking to my doorman saying I was missing and he should call the police. Thankfully, the doorman has a brain and didn’t do that. The guy saw me walk in and broke down in tears. Apparently, I hadn’t answered one of his million phone calls and he became convinced I had been kidnapped. What a needy idiot! -- Martha, 35
