When I was younger, I went out on a date and couldn’t believe how cheap he was. First, we went to dinner and when the check arrived, he argued the price of every item. Then, he told me I owed him half of it. He then took me to a movie and tried to sneak us both in without paying, to my shock and horror. They caught us and threw us out. I made up an excuse about having a headache and ended it right there before he could embarrass me any more!
