Every day for the last twenty some odd years, I have pleasured myself twice a day, every day; in the morning when I wake up, and at night before I go to bed. It so happens that if I miss a session, I will experience some intense pain. When I asked my doctor about this, she said that since I do it so often and so much, my system is acclimated to it. She also said that I should try to cut back. It's not going to happen. I enjoy what I do and that's that, and that will be that, and that's the end of that! -Coen, 44
