My mother-in-law is forever getting these intensely painful leg cramps. When she does, she'll ask me to massage her legs to relieve the pain. Her pain is generally located in her upper thigh area. The one thing I have notice is that whenever she experiences these bouts of discomfort, she is always wearing pantyhose or thigh high stockings, high heels, and very short skirts. I really enjoy touching her legs and I think she enjoys it a lot also. The other day, I was rubbing her legs when I slipped my hands up under her short skirt and started to massage higher. She did not say a thing, she just told me to continue. It was probably one of the most pleasurable experiences both of us have ever had.
