I was always having trouble losing weight until about six months ago. I was involved in a very serious auto accident which resulted in the amputation of both of my legs above the knees. This is what I refer to as instant weight loss. I do miss my legs, but now I have shed about forty pounds and I guarantee I'll keep it off this time.
