I was in the hospital for an operation on my shoulder. The nurse gave me an operating gown and asked me to get changed. I figured they were operating on my shoulder, so I kept my panties on. Once I was in the operating room and prepped for the operation, the nurse was asking me some questions and found out I didn't take my underpants off. She would have to remove them.
