Top 5 Best Fast Food Restaurants More than McDonald's, Subway or Pizza Hut, we're lining up at Panera Bread Co., which has been crowned America's best fast food restaurant by the newest Zagat Survey.
Cox Publishing reports that Panera swept three of the top four Zagat awards, including most popular, top food and top facilities. Chick-fil-A won the service category, followed by Chipotle. The lowest overall ranking went to Chuck E. Cheese's. The respected Zagat Survey collected information from 5,535 participants across the United States for three categories of restaurants: all fast food chains large and small, fast food mega-chains with more than 5,000 outlets and full-service restaurant chains. Wendy's was the solid winner among fast food mega-chains, while Outback Steakhouse, Cracker Barrel and Red Robin tied for first place among full-service restaurant chains. In a face-off for best burger, Wendy's beat Burger King and McDonald's, although McDonald's was the overwhelming winner for the best French fries. Top 5 Among All Fast Food Chains 1.
