Ozzy Osbourne's ex-mistress attempted to serve daughter papers while filming

The woman allegedly at the heart of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's break-up has reportedly attempted to serve the couple's daughter with legal papers in New York.

Los Angeles-based hairstylist Michelle Pugh launched legal action against Kelly Osbourne, for comments she made about her online, last month (Aug16), and now reports suggest a file server tried to hand the papers to the TV personality as she filmed reality TV competition show Project Runway: Junior.

According to the Daily Mail, Kelly was filming on 8 August (16) in Long Island, when the process server tracked her down.

He claims he was denied access to Osbourne and handed the documents to her assistant Jacob Thompson.

Pugh claims Kelly tarnished her reputation with attacks on her character on social media.

She also insists Ozzy and Sharon's marriage woes had nothing to do with her fling with the rock star, which was exposed in May (16), when the Osbournes briefly split.

Kelly attacked the hairdresser by posting her cell phone number online along with the line: "Anyone looking for cheap chunky LOW-lights a blow out and a b**wjob call..."

Pugh claims she had a cease and desist letter sent to Kelly demanding she take down the post, but it wasn't deleted for almost a month, causing her to be "slut-shamed, bullied and harassed". She also lost out on business as a celebrity stylist as a result, and is now suing for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and public disclosure of private facts.

"I am a private individual. I am not a celebrity," Pugh told People magazine. "My private life is off limits."
