Some of Fox's biggest stars came out to swanky eatery Boa Steakhouse in Los Angeles this week to celebrate the launch of the network's fall season, mingle with friends, and do a little gambling at their fifth annual Eco-Casino Party.
The red carpet was rolled out and the poker tables were in place as guests like Eliza Dushku and Dichen Lachman from "Dollhouse" joked around with "Glee" star Matthew Morrison.
"Lost" creator J.J. Abrams chatted with friends at the bar, while
Tyce Diorio grabbed a booth with fellow "So You Think You Can
Dance" choreographers Mandy Moore and Dave Scott. Seth MacFarlane was there supporting his animated shows "Family Guy" and "The Cleveland Show." "Bones" stars David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel watched as the young castmates of "Glee" partook of blackjack, poker, and roulette.
"Fox has really been great about getting the word out with our show," said Matthew Morrison, who is currently sporting a goatee now that the show is on hiatus. "We're actually headed to Australia to do some promotion over there. Turns out we're huge in Australia," he added with a laugh.
The rest of the guests, including Joely Fisher of "'Til Death," Jane Lynch, Tim Roth, and "House" star Olivia Wilde, munched on such goodies as sliders, crab cakes, goat cheese-stuff chicken, asparagus, mashed potatoes, churros, and frozen bananas dipped in chocolate.
At the end of the night, everyone cashed in their casino chips and headed to the prize booth where they picked up t-shirts, hats, jackets, mugs and board games from their favorite Fox shows. In keeping with their eco theme, guests were also given Dynamo-powered flashlights and environmentally-friendly "Simpsons" tote bags before heading home.
"I can't believe this is our jobs," said "Glee" star Kevin McHale with a big smile as he carried out a bag full of goodies. "I'm still trying to take it all in."
